The biggest challenge to doing higher waves in Endless is the lack of ammo. Your estimate for how long it would take without perk training map is very off. Your scrake only waves seems really low, I've been to wave 100+ a few times and had scrake onlys like 3-4x each game. I think you can't actually beat endless on normal because difficulty scaling up every 5 waves and it always will be hoe after wave 20 It will say HoE but the zed difficulty (health and damage they do will be fixed to the initial difficulty).
